Had a late work day today, and managed to fix a few bugs:

• The Server costs were wrong on the Donations page.
• The 404 error page was inaccessible to Guests.
• Also expanded the categories of posts included on the 404 error page.
• Upgraded the Downloads software
• Added anime music that began with the letter 'D'.
