Why do people die before they truly live?

Lord Revan

thats not realy original... ive seen at least one guy with it as his sig on many forums
and so, in an attempt to slay each other, the two worriors took their own lives
do not miss them and do not envy them
the survivors were left to ponder the existance of the universe
so they left to different dimensions
lovers cherished their last moments families said their goodbyes to never see eachother again was their choice
to rid the universe of the corruption that created them
the two warriors revealed important lessons to us all
no one is free from corruption
no destiny is carved in stone
and always
if your going to kill some one, make sure theyre dead

Slain

I dont know but I always heard it as:

One bright day in the middle of the night
Two dead boys started to fight
They pulled out their swords and shot eachother
A deaf policeman heard the noise
And came to kill the two dead boys
If you dont beleive my story is true
Ask the blindman he saw it too.
Yes I got sunshine it's a suicide song
In the back of my mind
Pure white evil wrapped around my eyes
Yes I got these needles and I've been living
I don't even want no part
Cause hard is the fall
Cold is the bite

I think he right.
At least it reads right.

However, it a funny poem.

Bring it on evil.

it is the way slain said it... but arcbad is the same with some minor changes
and so, in an attempt to slay each other, the two worriors took their own lives
do not miss them and do not envy them
the survivors were left to ponder the existance of the universe
so they left to different dimensions
lovers cherished their last moments families said their goodbyes to never see eachother again was their choice

its actually a fairly old poem...it is funny and really fun to try to read what it actually means...

It's definitly an intresting poem, more ironic than silly though

Dragonchilde

I think it's great. A nice little sadistic poem.

Yosei-chan

i heard a version originally that was like a combo of those two versions already presented. i think i like my version best.
My doctor says that I have a malformed public-duty gland and a natural deficiency in moral fiber, and that I am therefore excused from saving Universes. -Douglas Adams
