 People have different body attitudes to each time of the day. There are people that become more active in the morning and achieve more in the morning. However,  there are others that are more active during the night. When it comes to you, what time is your best time to stay active?

For me, I'm definitely a morning person.  I've always had a huge burst of energy, especially creative energies early in the morning.  Like the time I'm in the shower, is the time I seem to be most creative.

I'm a night owl; always have been. Although as I've gotten older, I don't stay up as late as I used to & I need more sleep than I did when I was younger. I tried a first shift job but that never worked for me. I preferred second shift factory work. I don't push myself either. I'm a night person so I play on that strength & don't think of it as a weakness.

I loved working the Second Shift.  It was perfect as I didn't need to set an alarm clock in the morning, I could do all my errands while everybody else was at work, so there were less people to get in my way, and I still got a decent night's sleep.  And a bonus, is most of [toxic] management goes home during that time, so the work environment is freer.

100%! I loved going to the store after work, when stores were open 24/7 because I could do my shopping with minimal people. & the management, especially if you had an @ss for the owner, just wait an hour or two & you have the plant to yourself.
