I remember back in the day... like nearly 20 years ago, during the Wild Wild West of the Internet, there were many, many, many forums dedicated to various anime titles and characters.

Just tonight, I stumbled onto The Ayeka Fan Club.  I'm not sure if it's the original (ayeka . org), but I do recognize quite a few familiar screen names.  Although, I think that site is dead too, because the last post was from 2019.  I was going to sign in and say "Hi!, I found you in 2025!", but I guess there's a problem with the registration portal.  Oh well.

Anyway, do you know of any old anime sites?

The only other one I know of is UselessTenchi, That site is still kind of active.

Anyway, I know I'm talking into the Void right now, but maybe some digital archeologist will stumble onto this site and say "Hey, neat!  An anime forum!"  (I'm actually surprised I spelled archeologist correctly... )

I actually remember this event.  I was working in a warehouse A LOT, and felt I didn't have enough time resources to maintain a web server anymore.  Along with the inadequate pay rate that went with the job, I decided it would be in everybody's best interest (and my sanity) to pay money for somebody else to host the site.

My expenditures decreased, even though, I believe it was GoDaddy that was hosting the site back then, my internet and electricity bills decreased.

If I were to take a guess, I'd say that years ago, a Dice Roller modification was added to the site.  But that's just a crazy guess.

It may not seem like a whole bunch has been accomplished this weekend, but I got several hundred messages dating back from 2007-2012 added to the site.
Also added an automated "Oopsie!  That message wasn't archived properly!" thing-a-ma-jigy.  So, odds are, if you're doom scrolling on the site being bored out of your mind, you may find a message from Ayeka-chan.  Don't be afraid to unbury any old topics and breath new life into them, okay?

K-ON! is a wonderful musical style anime that features J-ROCK (and possibly J-POP).  There's a number of great songs contained within this title.  What's your favorite?

I'm tied between Cagayake! Girls, Don't say "lazy", and there was another song, that I thought the name was "Scissors", but I'm not finding it online.
