I know this is obviously an acronym, but does anybody have any guesses what it could expand to?  Because I don't think it's on the internet, I don't think it's explicitly mentioned in the anime (possibly the manga, but I've only read the first volume, years ago)?

So what do you think it means?  Here's some potential possibilities:

  • Another Criminally Rogue Organization for Self-Satisfaction
  • Americans Cruelly Racing Off Sabotage and Sadomasochism
  • Allied Creatures Raging On Speed and Seclusion

I'll admit, it's early, and I need coffee...
