Some of you may have noticed the new front page we have. Just to let you all know, I'm not finished with it quite yet. Some things I'd like to do include:
- Redesign the banner at the top -- I've got plenty of ideas, just not the time to do it right now.
- The buttons will change at the top. (Probably sometime tonight).
- I plan to add an Upload feature to the main page to make it easier for everyone to upload Anime!
- I'll be changing the color scheme again. We'll probably go to the default "blue" look (that members have expressed a likeness for).
- Someday.... I'll upgrade the message board to RC3 ...or better yet 1.1 GOLD.
Here is a brief rundown of the functions:
- All the promotion, health, karma, and bandwidth statistics will be shown at the top, next to your Avatar and rank.
- Then there's the Role Playing section. This is a table that is automatically generated by the message board. It lists the each game, number of player, and some post statistical information, along with the last time the game was updated, and by who.
- Following that there's the Downloads section. You select which Category you'd like to download from, then you can select a "sub-grouping" (anime series) to filter the list further. You can always go back, by clicking on the links at the top of the section (Home) and group name).
- I've also changed the way Bandwidth is calculated. It's pretty complex and I'll spare you the details. Needless to say, the more posts, and higher rank you are, you'll get much more credit per post.

well the book was jsut somethign different. When staring at a screen for like 6 hours a day and then you jump on and see this really really bright pink screen. it's like.. Wow! thats bright

Yeah, something like that. Hopefully, this new frontpage will help us recruit more participative members. 8)
like the blue/grey scheme... But that can't come as a surprise... ;) lol
