Tonight's dinner, we're trying something totally new! Sausage tacos! (Since I didn't defrost any ground beef, but had sausage instead, that's what I'm using. A little carmelized onion, garlic white rice, and black beans swimming in a ton a butter. Should be pretty good with a shot of freshly squeezed lime juice and pan fried corn tortillas!
