This is what MidJourney thinks Karma is:

So what is MidJourney for those of us not familiar? :)
MidJourney is a Discord App/bot that uses Artificial Intelligence and a random seed to create an image using fractals (I think). You just tell it in plain English what you want it to create, and after a minute, it'll present you four options that you can choose from. There are various options that you can use to enhance the images it presents to you. While there are other AI art programs out there, MidJourney is currently considered the best (it gives you only five fingers for hands, for example). It does cost a little bit of money to use monthly, but if this is where most office jobs are going, I've gotta learn how to wield it's power, since I've still got 20 years in this game yet.
To be clear, Discord is a free app that you can download, it is a chat program (we have a server here on the site as well, and in fact, if you have a MidJourney subscription, you can use the ChibiZone room to create AI Art in). -- That way, you're not having to search through the official MidJourney server for your generated images.
