Who are some of your favorite anime bad guy?
Some of mine are Dosu from Naruto, Zaraki from Bleach, that giant hand thing from FLCL episode 5, Zabuza from Naruto, and Knives from Trigun to name a few.
You did know you could have make this in poll, but ok.
I would some of the best of the bad would be Hellmaster Fibrizo-Slayers,Jiras-Slayer but at the end he became a good guy,Mara -AMG,Naraku- Inuyasha, Scar-Fullmetal Alchemist, Kagato-Tenchi Muyo.
I can may think of some more, but I will do at a later time.

My all time favourite anime villan (and all time villan) has to be Myotismon from the first two Digimon series, the guy had nothing but contempt for every living and/or digital thing, wanted to rule multiple worlds, had a really cool appearence and every time he was beaten, he returned way strogner and mroe dangerous than he was before
Out of all the villans, the orginal digidestiend always said he was the enemy they feared the most

MetalSeadramon is the best Digimon bad guy of all time.
Light from DeathNote(I am sure, if he what you would a bad guy, but he not nice.)
Naga - Slayers (You never if she a bad guy or good guy. just that she love to boast, love gold, and alway flashy.)

Bingo, Death Note is the only anime that makes you root for the villain, Light in the case of Death Note.
Team Rocket from the original Pokemon Series was hilarious. Jesse and James and Meowth make a very comedic "bad guy troupe"
If we are going for funny, then Dr. Clay is hilarious when he up agianst Washu because he look like a complete fool.

Talking about funny the three smoke ninja brothers in that one episode of Naruto was hilarious. They wanted to make him laugh to death, hiccup to death, and finally cry to death, and even though they had a grudge against him he did not remember them at all.

Alv and Dvergr from Kiddy Grade are evil. Not in your obvious demon spawn way, but rather in the, you'd hate them if you knew them, kind of way mixed in with the lust for revenge and to destroy the Nouvelesse.
