.hack//SIGN-There is hardly any action...There is a very interesting problem...It has 25 episodes (+3 extras=28)
Some romance somehow...The show is in a game world...Has great music(my opinon...is that how u spell it?Who cares..)Its one out of many series of .hack...NOT FOR ACTION LOVERS!!!It is very SLOW pace...Characters are cool looking...(My opinon...dont know if spelled correctly)In all is rated-4/5 for me...

Recomended for:

Action Romance: Tenchi Muyo!  one of my personal favorites. has everything, battles, hot anime girls, cat fights in every episode, big explosions, and the cutest little cabbit ever (Ryo-Oki). Also has a very strong story line that could continue to go in about a million directions if you let your mind wander. What i really like about this series is, if you dont know japanese and you watch it, you can still guess whats going on pretty well, or make it up yourself and it will still work.
I give it a 9 out of 10

Action: Outlaw Star   Very well done series, though i wish they would have continued it here in america a little longer. Lots of gunfights and spaceship fights. Has a little bit of the gundum style in that the ships actually can grapple each other, but the show is awesome. Very deep storyline if you watch the under currents too.
I give it an 8 out of 10

Romance: umm...nott to sure about this one. I cant really recomend one because i havnt seen any good strictly romance  anime

All around: Utena   these are fun to watch and have a huge storyline running through the whole series' but not recomended for anyone under the age of 18...there are a lot of naughty scenes.
I give it a n 8 out of 10


Not recomended:
Excel: some people like it others dont... i happen to be one of the later. The series just seemed to lose my interest in the first few episodes and i stopped watching.

Noir: Unless you really are into this type of anime, you probably wont like it. I like the story line, but the whole thing is just too slow for me.

.hack: I am sorry i ever began watching this one. it has a little bit of everything, but it is so slow that watching grass grow in winter is more entertaining

Onepiece: the whole thing is kind of random, like a toddler putting together a 1000 piece puzzle. It just didn't make much sence.

Just to let you know these are just my opinions, other people like some that i dont or hate what i like, but never hate someone for their opinion...

One last recomendation for all the "old school" anime lovers, i still find it strange but i think the sailor moon series' are really good. The only downside to it is the american opening theme song. It sounds like little girls singing and drives me nuts. The show is awesome though. It was the best running anime in japan for quite some time and many of the series and movies come over across the world to Europe and the Americas. highly recomended to anime Romantic/Fantasy lovers.

There's one anime I saw in Suncoast the other day that looks pretty interesting, I think It's called Comic Party  Basically from reading the back cover, they are taking from various anime's so I'd expect to see familiar characters or plots.

i would have to agree with you about DBZ...after they are strong enough to destroy plaanets (end of Freiza Saga) it just seems pointless

 Then there was that GT thing...they had strong enemies then had a tough battle and never even bothered going into there strngest forms...I also thing that the whole super saiyan thing got really boring really fast!
At the time where Vegeta was talking about it he said that it only occured every thousand years but the prson who it happens to has a hard time controlling the power and then all the saiyans manage to do it then go evn further!!! That was just too far...but still the Boo saga ruined it.

 um...i think one piece was worse (on a personal level) but really, DBZ was cool at the first couple of series'. Then it became a power house show and i lost interest...one piece i saw one episode, then i turned it off and never looked back...just lost intrest...

Oh...ne1 ever hear of "Blue Gender"? My friend has the complete series and is letting me borrow it (10 hours of anime! W00T!) and i was just wondering is ne1 has good/bad opinions about it...

AWWW you guys hurt my feelings.. i love .hack//sign. I know it had some slow moments, but it was a great series. The musc was completely great, the artwork was fantastic. The plot was a interesting concept although it took some thinking to understand it a bit. The games were fun for the first......oooh 12 hours..after that.. it became a total drag.... the OSTs are a MUST have....
and the bonus episode at the end of the series is like a Crazy Dance remix episode where the characters fromt he game and from the series and like met in Net Slum, (hacker home land) and they all duke it out in a crazy dance remix party.

 COOL...Im not a loner I Love .hack//SIGN a lot too!!!It was one of the animes that got me going and waiting for it to end...One of the first anime that I watched and enjoyed...I would give it a 5/5 but there wasnt that much action.BUT I Love it still!Well Ja Ne!

 um...ive only seen the Tenchi muyo series and i just started watching a series called Blue Gender...so if i had to say it...Tenchi is the best and BLue Gender is the worst...it not really bad, but it a little hard to follow if you dont see every episode...o wait a sec...DBZ is an anime too isn't it? that one takes them all for worst anime...it so boring...al they do is fight so fast you cant see what is going on...i mean, whats the point already?
