So, I'm a bit of a C_ theorist, and sometimes for fun I'll go to https://www.ingersolllockwood.com.  Well today, I just thought I'd take a look at the source code (Firefox:  Ctrl+U) and I found this link:  https://www.angel.com/movies/sound-of-freedom?Q=IL-1717-45-executive-order-blocking-property-persons-involved-serious-human-rights-abuse-corruption

Now, I want to figure out what IL-1717-45 means.  Like I'm sure this is a hidden message, because when you just click on the link, it takes you to a website for the Sound of Freedom, and from what I know about websites, the Q could be query, but I'm not thinking so.  I actually think this is a message for people whom know about the Q movement, and this IL piece states where to look for this info.  I'm deducing that this has something to do with an executive order.

What specifically did you find?  And does it match anything with 1717 or 45?

Some of them are linked to facts. Just the facts are hidden in MSM.
Now as for the code. I have no doubt there would be hidden meanings & messages. Not saying THIS is but the Government has been doing coding for a long time.
